REFUND POLICY

At Yard Out Fit Club / Yard Out Fitness, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services and products, we have a no-refund policy. Please review our policy details below.
1. Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are non-refundable. When you join the club, you agree to fulfill the terms of the membership plan you select. We encourage members to consider their schedules and commitment levels before purchasing a membership.

 
2. Fitness Plans and Classes

  • All fees paid for fitness plans and classes are non-refundable. We allocate resources and plan based on scheduled attendance, and these fees ensure the viability of our offerings.

 
3. Products

  • Products sold at Yard Out Fit Club / Yard Out Fitness, including fitness gear and accessories, are non-refundable. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

 
4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • While our policy is strictly no-refunds, we may consider exceptions in cases of severe medical issues or unforeseen circumstances. Such requests must be submitted in writing and include supporting documentation. The decision to grant a refund under these circumstances is at the sole discretion of Yard Out Fit Club / Yard Out Fitness management and is not guaranteed.

 
5. Cancellation of Classes by Yard Out Fit Club / Yard Out Fitness

  • In the event that Yard Out Fit Club / Yard Out Fitness must cancel a class or close the facility due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or disasters, we will attempt to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible, members may be eligible for a credit towards future classes or services, at the discretion of the management.

 
6. Changes to Our Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or change our Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
