Welcome to Yard Out Fit Club. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website (the "Service") operated by Yard Out Fit Club ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
 

2. Membership Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of Yard Out Fit Club. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Membership Responsibilities Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to their computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

4. Fees and Payments Yard Out Fit Club offers various subscription plans. Fees for membership and other services will be set out in the pricing section of our website. All fees are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation Policy Members may cancel their memberships in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Details of the cancellation process are available on our website.

6. Prohibited Activities You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
