Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made for classes, personal training sessions, workshops, and any other services at Yardout Fit Club are final and non-refundable. Class Scheduling: Clients are responsible for ensuring they can attend the scheduled classes and sessions at the time of booking. Please carefully check the schedule and your availability before making a booking. Attendance: If you are unable to attend a class or session you have booked, you will forfeit the booking. No credits or make-up classes will be provided. Transfer of Booking: Bookings are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer your booking to another person or exchange it for a different class or session. Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, we may consider reviewing your situation on a case-by-case basis. However, this does not guarantee a refund, return, or exchange. Please contact our customer service team with appropriate documentation if you believe your situation warrants special consideration. Class Changes: Yardout Fit Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and sessions at our discretion. In the event that a class is canceled or rescheduled by us, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for rebooking or a studio credit. Studio Policies: Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your class or session to ensure a smooth check-in process. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, you may be denied entry to the class or session to avoid disruptions. Conduct: We expect all clients to behave respectfully and adhere to our studio rules and guidelines during their visit. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave, with no refund provided. Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition to participate in classes and sessions. Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before the class begins.
